I'm coming from the states to get my Masters in law and was wondering what would be the best country to study international law. I first I was think England but it seems like Wales, Scotland and N. Ireland also have a lot to offer. Any information about the communities, what the areas offer and etc you can offer would be great. Also my girlfriend may also come and attend school with me (Once I ask her) but are are there certain countries that aren't to accepting of mixed relationships or African-Americans in general?

What is a VPN?
VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia��).
