How easy is it to teach yourself to play Ukulele with out any prior music knowledge?

I used to play keyboard as a child so I do know a few chords. I tried to learn guitar a few years ago but found it difficult to play most chords because I have really small hands! What would be the best way to teach myself to play a ukulele? Would it be relativity easy?

Any input in this would be much appreciated!
