What if ones wife is unromantic and not interested in sex?

My life has become miserable. I have an arranged marriage. The marriage was held 13 years ago. My wife is very unromantic. She does not like sex. Maximum once or twice we get into physical and that also on her wish.
I have spoken to her hundreds times and have discussed the matter. But every time it has been water on duck's back.
Because of lack of sex in life, my mind does not stay cool and often I get irritated. Please suggest me what to do.
