What can I use to manage my ipod nano without using itunes?

My ipod needs some new music on it, but I am using a new laptop which I haven't yet installed itunes on. I don't want to install itunes on it either!!! I hate the programme.

Is there anything else I can use just to manage and transfer audio files to my Ipod? Its a 4th generation nano if that matters.
